Shamanic Journeying

BASIC SHAMANIC JOURNEYING

Basic Shamanic journeying is the prerequisite for many of our classes and workshops. This course is included in the multi-day Integrative Shamanism workshop.

• There is no prerequisite.

• This course completely covers the theory and practice of the shamanic journey.

• You will undertake at least two shamanic journeys to the lower world.

• It is the prerequisite for most other courses and workshops offered by Integrative Shamanism.

• Basic Shamanic Journeying is a three hour class.

The shamanic journey is an ancient visionary technique used to enter an altered state of consciousness and enter the gateway into the lower world. The lower world is an invisible realm of spirit for healing and guidance. You will learn in this course or workshop to meet some of your spirit allies. These spirit allies can be your power animals and helping spirits. Come, learn to travel to the lower world and work with your spirit allies in this experiential class.

SHAMANIC JOURNEY TO THE UPPER WORLD TEACHERS & MIDDLE WORLD ENERGY FIELDS

• Prerequisite: Basic Shamanic journeying.

• This course covers the techniques for journeying to the Upper World the Middle World.

• This course is a three-hour companion class to Basic Shamanic Journeying.

This class completes your experiential introduction to shamanic cosmology and to your helping spirits and to the terrain of the spirit world. In this class we will explore the upper world where you meet your Spirit Teacher and may call upon your ancestral line. After debriefing from your trip to the upper world we will visit the middle world that we occupy in our daily lives. However we will learn to look at the flow of energy into and out of or everyday lives. This provides us with insight into our daily expenditure and loss or energy and and how to stop it.
